A kind of double-faced tire, excellent in snow, average in dry conditions, and acceptable in wet conditions for the first two years... The third winter has been a pain on wet, acceptable in dry conditions, and still good in snow. Replaced after 48,000 km, the tread is still good, but grip (as mentioned) is terrible in wet conditions hence I rather move to new tyres

Shockingly bad in the wet, especially aquaplaning which was surprising as they came up well in tests. I do have a RWD car though so I wonder if that's why? Honestly couldn't wait until they were worn and needed replacing as the front would slide out in wet weather and the rears would wheelspin even under mild acceleration. Do NOT recommend even though they're cheap, went back to Cross Climate 2's which were night and day better.

I’ve had these tyres now for about 5000 miles now and I must say I’m very pleased. The wear seems better so far than the reviews say and I don’t baby the car.
An even split of day to day runnings, moterway and b road blasts give me a good idea of what they’re capable of.
Dynamics of the car are stable and consistent, surprisingly communicative and you feel what they’re doing very well. In hotter weather when pushing on you can feel the tread through the steering getting pushed about so not the best but that’s really faster than you want to be going anyway. Expected for an all weather tyre.

Driven in snow to and they do fantastic, very grippy and the wet performance is fantastic. Compared to my previous summer tyres these are miles above with hydroplaning as well.

Overall would get again and couldn’t recommend more especially for the price.

Initial Impressions Review
Given 63% while driving a SEAT ibiza 1.4 (185/60 R15) on for 20,000 miles
We use it on our secondary car. It's usable generally, but the performance like a noisy summer tyre. In snowy conditions the performance acceptable, but not good. With lower speed it can handle some snow on the roads. On ice, it's like a summer tyre, definetly no grip. Previously I used a Nexen all seasons tyre on this car, that was way better tyre.

Initial Impressions Review
Given 84% while driving a Nissan LEAF Tekna (215/50 R17) on for 1,000 miles
Bought these tyres to replace existing mis-matched budget tyres than the car came with. Immediately noticed the improved levels of grip, comfort and reduced noise, which has made the driving far more pleasureable. Wet grip is confidence inspiring and while the car isn't outstanding in the dry it is very predictable and the tyres communicate well as you approach their limits. Wear has not been an issue to date and I'm expecting them to last well.

Given 78% while driving a Peugeot 2008 MK1 130 Allure (205/55 R17) on a combination of roads for 3,000 easy going miles
These were bought to replace a front set of Maxxis AP3 which wore out due to bad alignment. So far they've handled everything thrown at them. They've handled motorway slogs in the summer, rural Scottish single track road in the autumn and winter and our steep exit from the estate in the pouring rain with no problems whatsoever.
So far absolutely no complaints in about 3000 miles.
Definitely consider buying these for the rears when they wear out.

Positive:
- They're ok on dry roads
- Not noisy
- ok grip on snow
- ok fuel consumption

Negative:
- REALLY high wear - 12-13k kms and parts of them start to peel off
- really bad on wet winter roads

Would not buy again.

Used on a secondary vehicle.

Huge upgrade from my old Michelin energy Saver M+S. I checked DOY code and the old tires are 10 years old! hgh improvement from the old rubber on noise, handling and confidence. Better rides too. I am in Toronto Canada and we will see how it handles the up coming winter. I just bought them Nov.1st. those tires has DO code 1124 and 1425, so kinda a mixed batch.

I already wrote a review shortly after I bought these tires. Then I was quite positive. Sadly my opinion changed, and not for the good.
First things first. From the beginning I had some vibration problems. Especially at speeds around 60 km/h I experienced a wobble in the steering. I moved the front tires to the rear vise versa, that was a bit better but the vibration was irritating. Recently I went to a tire shop for road force balancing my rears. The force was very high, but after rotating the tires on the rims most of the vibration has gone. I’ve never had this issue with any other types of tires.
Another thing I dislike very much are the grip levels. Especially in the lateral direction on a wet road it is quite bad. But also in a longitudinal direction. One time I had to do an emergency stop, and I really was shocked about the braking distance necessary.
Grip levels in dry conditions are okayish. Same in winter conditions with some snow.
Stability straight ahead could be better. Many little steering corrections are necessary all the time. This is a bit tiring.
The comfort level is good, the tires don’t produce a lot of noise. Wear also seems to be okay.
They are cheap, but I would not buy them again.

Given 62% while driving a Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi (205/55 R16) on mostly motorways for 1,500 easy going miles
The Solus 4S HA32 205 55r16 91h is a crybaby on the front axle: from the first few kilometers you could hear every stud hitting the road. Several visits to have the tires rebalanced actually resulted in perfect concentricity and an annoyed mechanic. The howling remained. After 2000 km I swapped them with 1-year-old Nexen `n blue from the rear axle. They are now unnoticeable on the rear axle. With this direct comparison with the 4s Nexen I can say that the two tires are equivalent. On the highway, the current configuration gives the same safe driving feeling as with the Nexen on the rear axle. The howling has gone at the back.

Fitted a full set on my Skoda yeti 2.0 tdi

Got 30k miles out of the fronts which is approx 10k more than the Michelin or Bridgestones I have used before
Dry and wet weather not as good as market leaders but at £50 per corner cheaper I didn’t expect them to be as good
I have just fitted a second set at value for money these are by far the best and were far more predictable towards the end of their life than others I’ve tried
Snow and off road they performed just as well as market leaders
Overall very impressed

Replaced the prematurely perished factory fitted Toyo tyres fitted to our CX3 (less than 5 years old) with these Kumho HA32 around 18 months ago. In summer I've noticed virtually no difference to the Toyo summer tyres, if anything they perform better in both wet and dry conditions, plus they are notably better than the Goodyear Vector 4 Gen 3 on my spouses car.
In the winter however, lower than hoped traction in ice, along with a perceived higher wear rate, let these tyres down a little. Mind I'd still be happy to recommend them overall.

Volkswagen Polo 1.2 (195/50 R15) on mostly motorways for 3,000 easy going miles
Whilst these are pretty respectable all season tyres with good dry/wet/cold grip levels, the side wall where it meets the tread is woefully thin! The result is that my son has gone through 6 tyres, all with sidewall punctures or blisters in 6 months!!. Now, whilst UK roads are in poor repair and potholes abound, I will not buy another. Have switched to Yokahama Greenearth which I hope last a bit longer - all the failed tyres had less than 1mm of wear (much less in some cases). Not recommended.
