Not every driver has the same priorities. Adjust the category weightings above to re-rank the tyres based on what matters most to your driving style.
Scores are colour-coded from red (weakest) through yellow to green (strongest) to help you quickly spot each tyre's strengths and weaknesses.
The original test ranking is shown in the # column. Arrows indicate how each tyre moves when your custom weighting is applied.
Any plans this year on an update for this 2020 test? Or there is no new models? Many thanks for the valuable information.
There should be newer versions of this on the site, hopefully autobild will do another this year
I get the different weighting especially concerning snow with these non-uk tests, but looking at the results the end rankings seem well mixed up to me!
The falken gave pretty dismal results across the board, the maxxis put in a good showing for a lower mid-range tyre, and whilst the Vredestein was indeed let down by braking, it was much stronger elsewhere. The final ranking seems to be upside down if nothing else... ?
I'm not sure if Pro Mobile are the same or use the same scoring system as Auto Bild, but if a tyre does very poorly in one test (such as Pirelli in snow) it means it can't place well overall. It's a bit odd, which is why I prefer aiming for the data :)
