How come the wet braking performance of the Michelin is better than the Nokian yet it scores significantly lower i.e. 53 vs 62?

The wet score takes into account wet handling and aquaplaning resistance. Aquaplaning is a weakness of the Michelins, so would have lowered the score overall.
