Bought from Arnold Clark for MOT. Were down to minimum tread by next MOT - after 8000 miles!!!!
Hankook's customer service did not want to know - Arnold Clark's reply was 'that sometimes happens'.
I've bought many budget tyres over 40 years and never experienced any rubbish like this!
