These re71RZ are absolutely magic.
I ran the RS before, and had some issues with them not liking any combined inputs.
Braking and turning on corner entry with RS was not great, RZ seem to have zero issues with it.
wear is also excellent
38 autocross runs and 1,000 street miles and still at 7/32 tread
These tires have gotten me as far as 2nd in PAX with heavy hitter national champions in the mix.
I've never been even remotely that far up.
They warm up fairly quick
like to be around 120F-125F for autocross
I spray them with water and start runs around 115F
that way when I finish, the tire is around 130F
steering is crazy precise
they make a small amount of noise at the limit
seem to be picking up grip after a few heat cycles.
I'll update the review after a few track days.
