In your test, the Continental tire has lower rolling resistance than the Hankook. But according to the EU tire marking, the Continental tire is a C tire and the Hankook is an A tire. How can that be?
I don't know the answer (this isn't my test) however tyre manufacturers are allowed to downgrade label scores if they want to for marketing reasons.
