Lower rolling resistance indicates better fuel efficiency. The Michelin CrossClimate 2 had the lowest rolling resistance at 6.73kg/t, while Pirelli had the highest at 8.75kg/t. It's important to note that the Pirelli tyre was the SEAL inside puncture resistant version which is a heavier tyre with higher rolling resistance than the standard tyre.

And, all-season tyres are not winter tyres. People who live in snowy areas will certainly not buy all-season tyres. Therefore, the fact that they are not very good in the snow should not push them to the fifth place. It is the only tyre to win in five categories. In my opinion, they should be the first.

There was an issue with the rolling resistance table, that's been updated and it was last in that test.
But i agree with you, the German testers care too much about the snow performance in their scoring system.
Also worth noting that the rolling resistance was affected as it was the seal inside version of the tyre
