Below are all the data points for the 2012 Auto Bild Max Performance Tyre Test, displaying how each tyre performed across all test categories. The spider chart below provides a complete overview of performance, where one hundred percent represents the best performance in each category. The larger the area covered by each tyre's plot, the better its overall performance.
How to read these charts:
For each test category, data is presented relative to the best performing tire. The direction indicates whether lower or higher values are better - pay close attention to this when interpreting results.
Spider chart cannot be displayed because there are no test categories common to all tires.
High rolling resistance on the cinturato P7??? How can it be when i read a lot of reviews that says the opposite?
It's difficult to judge. The other test you mentioned was in a different tyre size to this, and as you'll see from the tyre labelling, different tyre sizes get different scores in rolling resistance and wet grip, even if they're the same pattern.
Future more, the 2 tests might have used different ways of measuring the rolling resistance, which can again affect the results.
We publish ALL the tests so you can take an average overview of the tyre in different sizes using different tests.
We hope this helps a little.
Hello!
I need your help! I have a Opel Insignia and i have to change the tyres...i had the Bridgestone RE050 A (Potenza)...should i buy the samo or others...and witch ones?!
I forgot to thank you in advance!
More info: - Opel Insignia 2.0 165cv (245/45 R18 - 96W)
Ty!
Hi,
The RE050As are good tyres. Other similar tyres worth looking at in that size are the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric, the Michelin Pilot Sport 2, the Bridgestone Potenza S001 or the Conti Sport Contact 3.
Ok...thank you...i had my RE050As for 39.000Km...i guess that it's not that bad...and i did not deslike the driving...so...
Thank you once again!!!

why p7 e non pzero ????????????????????????????????????
P Zero Nero, I wish!
Pirelli would have either put forward the tyre they wanted featured in this test, or Auto Bild would have gone to the open market and bought what they could.
There's a chance there was no P Zeros in the market at the time of the test so they went for the next best thing.
